As your Agent, what I promise to do for you

There are three stages to buying a house. They are broken down as follows:

Finding the house

  • Communicate in a manner and frequency determined by you.
  • Do daily searches for any new or older listings that meet your criteria.
  • Preview homes for you that meet your criteria. Keep you informed of new houses that come on the market.
  • Take you on tour to view specific homes.
  • Calculate the fair market value of potential homes to determine offering price.
  • Communicate with listing agent to find sellers list of desires from an offer.
  • Work with your loan brokers to craft a strong offer.
  • Write the best possible offer, one designed to get an acceptance.
Submitting the Offer
  • Present and explain the merits of your offer. Get you into contract.
  • Negotiate with listing agent to secure the deal and move into escrow.
  • Communicate any changes, requests, or counteroffers.
Escrow
  • Guide you through the all-important escrow process.
  • Protect your legal and financial interest throughout the process. Manage a mountain of papers.
  • Help you through the inspection period, and negotiate and changes, if necessary.
  • Prepare and gather all forms necessary – Secure signatures -stay on top of the details.
  • Make the process an exciting one; it doesn’t have to be stressful!
  • Communicate every step of the way. – keep you informed of everything that’s happening.
