Present and explain the merits of your offer. Get you into contract.
Negotiate with listing agent to secure the deal and move into escrow.
Communicate any changes, requests, or counteroffers.

Escrow

Guide you through the all-important escrow process.
Protect your legal and financial interest throughout the process. Manage a mountain of papers.
Help you through the inspection period, and negotiate and changes, if necessary.
Prepare and gather all forms necessary – Secure signatures -stay on top of the details.
Make the process an exciting one; it doesn’t have to be stressful!
Communicate every step of the way. – keep you informed of everything that’s happening.
