- Write the best possible offer, one designed to get an acceptance.
- Present and explain the merits of your offer. Get you into contract.
- Negotiate with listing agent to secure the deal and move into escrow.
- Communicate any changes, requests, or counteroffers.
- Guide you through the all-important escrow process.
- Protect your legal and financial interest throughout the process. Manage a mountain of papers.
- Help you through the inspection period, and negotiate and changes, if necessary.
- Prepare and gather all forms necessary – Secure signatures -stay on top of the details.
- Make the process an exciting one; it doesn’t have to be stressful!
- Communicate every step of the way. – keep you informed of everything that’s happening.
